Oscar Figuera said that they will have more flexible times. Some sources say it will not be discussed

The reform of the Labor Law is delayed. The president of the Social Development Commission, Oscar Figuera, said they have not managed to complete the revision of the bill that would replace the framework.

admitted that will extend the period initially scheduled, to deliver on October 30 with the Clerk of Parliament for the second discussion document.

"Everything indicates that the goal we set in the commission will have to be loosened because the magnitude of the changes we've planned, fully covered by law."

Figuera said there is a version final. "This is just a working paper that has received modifications on all points, so that can not be taken for reference."

said the final document will be the report that goes to second reading, and after it is approved by the Commission, shall be subject to public consultation.

However, other Assembly insist that the provisions for benefits, holidays and shorter working hours is a fact. While others say they will not be discussed this year.
