I wish one day we did not have to celebrate the International Day Women, that this date will remain an historical memory, but empty of content.
On February 22 was proclaimed European Day of pay equity between men and women. I think they chose this date because they are the busiest days, which tended to work to collect the same as a partner in 2010. We talked 17, 5% of average wage discrimination in europe ..... but Spain gets lower grades ... a 27.5% average pay gap between men and women (which we would continue working almost to late April ...).

have improved, so our positive thinking, to advance day by day not to forget these dates and what accounted for us, and what is still to come.
A tribute to all those that somehow women have felt discrimination at work, and also for all those men that have made us feel equal partners in this journey and work. Because I'm sure many people feel that they should be, and for which no ....
