Comment:
Documentary about workplace violence and harm that it causes, is the material that the Argentinean Javier di Pasqua proposed for second documentary. In Human Rights, this work reflects psychological abuse, moral and emotional part of workers 'Bosses' unorthodox. With narrative structure, address general, camera and editing by di Pasqua, the film surprises with its theme, which is quite old, but never before had seen nothing in our country in the film. The structure of the script takes three cases: that of the girl whose mother Natalia heartbreakingly tells the events that led to the death, another young mother who was schedules to be exploited over hand, verbal violence and threats of dismissal, to comply with work Three people and one nurse sought by employers. These testimonies of a particular case in companies or public hospitals, are more normal than you think. The director suggested in his second opus, social support and the strength of co-workers as a social group to address the institutions or companies that exploit them. Visiting places where aid worker discusses the concepts of the attacks, why the same and the modus operandi of these 'chiefs', whose ineptitude and mental weakness forces them to eliminate those who think, as a threat to them, discovering the true reasons for these adverse events born from abuse of power and choosing scapegoats as a hunter to his prey. With this attack meticulous worker and their work, they make the employee resigns, is subject or is psychologically affected and even comes to suicide. The film is told in three parts with paintings that stage separators situations and provide a metaphor for the problem. Technically used camera in hand, real images in the offices, the streets, in subways and groups, with a very good use of music as a central theme the leit-motiv, heard in the spacers and the two songs, the rap the opening of the film and the theme "Partners" closing composed and performed by Jorge Nataloni. Well edited by straight cuts, "The Yoke" is a documentary to reflect and act against injustice these abhorrent methods taught by powerful assumptions that are not so much.
